The Atomos AC S2H is a mains powered SDI to HDMI convertor that includes a built-in audio and video test pattern (colour bars) generator that is very useful for troubleshooting and testing video signal lines and displays.
It re-clocks the signal on conversion to improve signal strength over long cable runs.
The AC 2SH also includes a 2:2 pulldown feature to convert incoming interlaced or PsF signals into true 23.98p, 24p, 25p, 29.97p or 30p formatting.
Please note that 3:2 pulldown is not supported by this device.
It allows passthrough of timecode and record start/stop triggers.
Included is a 13A UK mains cable.
