Please always return items the way you got them and be on time, if that is you there is no need to worry about anything else :)
Terms and conditions for damage:
(Damages to items will be assessed on a case to case basis at our discretion but basic charges apply, by agreeing to the rental you are agreeing to these terms )
- broken off item part or partially functional 50£
- for all rentals with an item value over 1000£ 3x charges apply
Lost items: 15£ ontop of the lost item replacement for small items!
40£ for large items.
If an Uber for delivery of item is called we will always charge 10£ more than the price as contingency as sometimes due to traffic and delay rides end up charging more than originally agreed upon, that amount is non refundable.
Rentals THE DAY OF are available as well for an extra charge of 10£ on whatever item you would like. This applies to all rentals valued under 50 Pounds and will automatically be added to the same day rentals.
Refunds after the rental time already started can not longer be given!
