Booking Terms

⚠️ DISCLAIMER
I’m a sole trader and frequently use my own equipment. Unfortunately missing items or damages from rentals directly affects my work and may require me to make last minute rentals just to make sure I have what I need.

AVAILABILITY
Please inquire about item availability prior to booking, and I’ll let you know the availability.

⏱ RENTAL PERIOD
Each rental day is 24hours counted from picking up the item. If the item is not returned within the booked rental period you may be charged for additional days. Please be aware that some rentals are back to back, if you don’t return it in time it may affect another renter. Please make your best effort to keep in close contact if you think you may need additional time.

IDENTIFICATION
Bring a form of ID with you. On collection I'll take a photo of you and your ID before handing over the equipment.
Please send through a form of authentication with the booking to authenticate you are a working professional. (eg. website/ig/callsheets)

PICK UP
It is your responsibility to make sure you are happy with the condition of the items, and any issues or damages must be flagged when you pick up the items. All pick up periods are 30mins. Late arrivals do not guarantee my availability, and it may risk you not being able to pick up your item.

DROP OFF
Before returning the gear, please make sure you have everything I gave you on collection. Any missing items will be charged to your account. All drop off periods are 30mins. Late arrivals may be charged for an additional day, I’ll do my best to be flexible however this may directly impact rentals of the same item that are due after.

INSURANCE & DAMAGES
Insurance is included with this booking however I would encourage you to have your own insurance cover on any rented items for security. You are responsible for any excess on claims made.

️ TRACKING
Most of the equipment is equipped with AirTags to help track the location in the event of lost or stolen items. If you are uncomfortable with AirTag trackers being used on the equipment feel free to inform me and I’ll remove them.

CANCELLATIONS

I don’t offer any cancellation policy on my items, please be sure you have the correct days and items before booking. If need to check about compatibility on items feel free to message me first and I’ll be able to confirm with you.
